1. Warranty Coverage
We provide a limited warranty for all amusement and playground equipment against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and proper maintenance.
Steel structure & main frame: 5 years
Plastic & rotational molding parts: 3 years
Electrical & mechanical components: 1 year
Soft padding, safety nets, consumable parts: 6 months
Warranty period commences on the date of installation and acceptance.
2. Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not cover:
Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, abuse, overloading or neglect
Normal wear and tear, fading, weathering or natural aging
Damage from accidents, vandalism, natural disasters or unauthorized modification
Consumables such as ball pit balls, springs, straps and filters
Labor, travel, shipping or installation costs for replacement parts
3. After-Sales Service
Online support: 24/7 technical consultation via email and phone
On-site service: On-site inspection and repair within 48 hours upon request (fees apply outside warranty)
Genuine spare parts: Original replacement parts available at competitive prices
Maintenance guidance: Free operation and maintenance training and documentation
